Tim Hites, President
Tim is the President and Founder of ICC Global Hosting and ICC Technology Partners, Inc. He’s a 30-year technology veteran, having founded ICC Partners as Abacus Computer Store, an Apple-only retailer, in 1983. His vision and leadership have guided the company through many waves of change in the technology industry.
Tim is active in several national technology associations including CompTIA, where he served on the Public Policy Committee as they lobbied for the Telecommunications Act of 1996. He has served on the IBM Service Advisory Council for North America and has been a contributing member of The ASCII Group, a national technology products buying consortium. He has also been a member of several community organizations in Kentucky, serving as President as well as on the boards of the local Chambers of Commerce.
Tim holds Business and Accounting degrees from Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky. Prior to founding ICC, he served in several capacities in the banking industry, including positions of Internal Auditor, Security Officer and Compliance Officer.
Kim Hites, VP Business Development
Kim is a former educator who spent many years as an IBM Consultant in the K-12 Education sector. She marketed IBM solutions to school districts in Kentucky, as well as performing consulting engagements with other states. Kim holds multiple undergrad degrees, as well as a Master’s degree which gives her a solid educational background from which to serve her many customers. In her Sales and Marketing roles and now Business Development, Kim helped to significantly increase marketshare and revenue attainment with her high-energy customer success strategies. With her current expertise in helping customers transition to the cloud, she’s once again helping ICC to grow their presence in markets around the globe.

Jim Hood, Chief Financial Officer
Jim, as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for ICC’s financial oversight, growth projections and corporate finance. Jim’s wealth of financial management expertise comes from his work in banking, technology and retail as both a business owner and in leadership roles in finance and operations.
Most recently Jim led operations as Vice President of Operations in Aramark’s North Central region where he was responsible for all operations and P&L with revenues in excess of $65 million annually. Prior to Aramark, Jim built and sold two successful franchise start-ups in retail and technology, managed numerous successful acquisition negotiations, and held electronic banking management roles with both NCR and two regional banks.
Jim served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, Airborne, stationed in Germany and earned both his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Xavier University. As a resident of Cincinnati Jim serves as treasurer and board member of Children Inc., a $10 million not-for-profit assisting children of low income families.
